Performance information. Performance figures shown on this website refer to the Quantamental Equity Alpha strategy since September 2007. Returns are reported in USD and are net of all fees and expenses, including an annual management fee of approximately 2% and a performance fee of 20%. Annualized figures are annualized average daily returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of an investment can go down as well as up, and investors may not get back the amount invested. Results of individual accounts, platforms, and fund vehicles managed according to the same strategy may differ due to factors such as fees, commissions, account size, timing of allocations, and order allocation.

 Quantamental Capital and access to the strategies. Quantamental Capital is an organization led by Siegfried Spitzer. It is not a legal entity registered in the Swiss commercial register and is not itself a licensed or supervised financial institution. Quantamental Capital provides its Quantamental Strategies to licensed asset managers, managed account platforms and fund vehicles. These partners use the strategies in the management of accounts and funds under their own responsibility and within their respective regulatory frameworks. Access to the Quantamental Strategies is arranged exclusively through these partners, under the responsibility of the respective licensed provider, which will provide the governing documentation. Where this website refers to fund vehicles, such references are advertising within the meaning of Article 68 FinSA; the relevant fund documents are available from the respective provider.
